Ibiza Bliss Retreat is hosted by Becky Bagnall and Georgia St.John-Smith.

 

The retreat will take place in Sant Agusti, Ibiza.

 

Arrival: Sunday 7pm, 23 October 2022

Departure: Friday 1pm, 28 October 2022

 

HOW TO BOOK

There are 3 room types available to book:

• A Private Room is available for £3875. This includes your own private room with queen bed, and a shared bathroom with one other room.
• A Twin/Queen Share Room is available for £3225. This room can be set up as either a twin or queen bed. Perfect to share with a friend. Whether that’s a friend coming with you or one you make whilst on the retreat!
• A Quadruple Share Room is available for £2925. The quadruple room is on a two-level duplex. One twin room is on garden level and one twin room is on mezzanine level. The two twin rooms are open to each other, sharing the same room entrance, en-suite bath, and rooftop terrace. You will be sharing this space with 3 other people.

Once you’ve selected the room type, choose to invest in full or with an instalment plan.

 

If an instalment plan is chosen. An initial deposit of 20% is required, followed by 4 instalments. The total must be completed by 8 weeks prior to the retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For bookings that are cancelled, the following applies:

Within 7 days of booking: 100% refund.
Post 7 days of booking: No refund will be given.

 

*COVID-19 Pandemic Good Faith Policy: if pandemic conditions compromise the holding of the retreat, your ticket becomes transferrable to the new retreat dates which will be given to you as soon as possible. Should the retreat fail to be rescheduled, a full refund (minus bank transfer charges) will be issued.

 

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

You can check-in from 19:00 (CET) on Sunday 23 October. We are unable to welcome you earlier than the designated hour or to store luggage prior to arrival. Early arrivals hinder our timely preparation of the retreat and the property, and this compromises our ability to deliver the best retreat for you in a pristine condition.

 

Please kindly confirm your expected arrival time at least 72 hours in advance.

 

KINDNESS POLICY

Please treat all instructors and other guests with kindness and respect throughout the retreat. There will be a zero tolerance for verbal or physical abuse.

No Sexism, No Racism, No Ageism, No Homophobia, No Fatphobia, No Transphobia, No Hatefulness. Hate in any form throughout the retreat may result in you being asked to leave the retreat with no refund applicable.

 

NON-SMOKING

The Ibiza Bliss Retreat is non-smoking. Smoking outside is permitted but butts and matches should not be discarded or extinguished on the ground of the surrounding terraces, in the garden, plants, or dirt. It poses a fire risk and is unsightly.

 

NO DRUGS

Zero tolerance will be taken towards drugs and substance mis-use and may result in you being asked to leave the retreat with no refund applicable.

 

WI-FI

Provided upon arrival.

 

LINEN/TOWELS

One set of bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Bath towels (white), linen, bed coverings, pillows, and home textiles should not be used outside the house. The pool towels (bright orange) are for exclusive use at the pool and are not intended for beach use. Please be careful of wet coloured towels permanently staining other textiles or surfaces, or of using self-tanning lotions that permanently stain towels. Towels should not be used as mats as they become permanently ground with dirt. Hanging them over the door or window frames also leads to permanent stains.

Please bring your own beach towel for the yoga on the beach workshop.

 

FOOD

Enjoy lots of delicious food prepared by our personal chef, included in the price of your retreat!

Please state your dietary requirements, all diet requirements and preferences will be accommodated for, given that you notify us as soon as possible prior to the retreat.

 

SECURITY

Ibiza is known for its safe environment however opportunistic theft is an issue. One should be vigilant with personal belongings and luggage when waiting at airport baggage claim, and when loading or unloading luggage from your car or taxi. There have been reports of luggage left in the car or in front of a house being stolen while the newly arrived guests took a few minutes for a quick tour of their property in Ibiza.

Safes are provided for storing valuables, the villa is equipped with an alarm system, and we advise to lock the windows and garden door of any room when it is left unattended. Please take advantage of the measures provided to keep your valuables safe. Storage of your personal items is at the guest’s own risk.

 

POOL

As with all bodies of water, please exercise caution in the pool and around the pool area and deck. Use of the pool and deck is at the guest’s own risk.

 

WATER

Ibiza is a very dry island and prone to water shortage. Be kind to the island and her ecosystem by using water responsibly. The tap water is fine for bathing and brushing teeth, however for drinking we will provide refillable glass water jars with filtered water.

 

TOILETS

To avoid a serious plumbing problem, please do not dispose of sanitary towels, tampons, baby wipes or any other product besides toilet paper in the toilets.

 

KEYS

One key will be provided for each room. The cost of replacement of a lost key is 85€.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is advisable to take out travel insurance in the event that you are obliged to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Without limitation, Becky Bagnall Ltd and Sancti Wellness Ltd are not responsible or liable for any losses* caused by, but not limited to acts of nature, war, threat of war, closure of airports, government-mandated travel bans or restrictions, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond our control.

*This means any cancellation-associated losses like airfare, taxi rides, the plant-sitter you already organised to take of your bonsai while away etc.

 

DEPARTURE INFORMATION

Check-out by 13:00 on Friday 28 October.

All guests must have vacated the property by this time. Unfortunately we are unable store luggage or to accommodate guests waiting around the pool or grounds.
